Privacy Policy

What we collect

• When you sign up or join a waitlist: your name, mobile number, area, what you'd like to store, rent or lend, and optionally your email.
• When you ask for a quote: the item, rough size, area and (optionally) your name.
• When you play Mint Stack: your name, your mobile number, and your game scores and tap data (used to check that scores are real).
• When you visit the website: basic, privacy-friendly usage statistics (pages viewed, buttons clicked, and which link brought you here, e.g. our expo QR code) through Vercel Analytics. We don't use advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

• To contact you on WhatsApp or by phone about storage, pickup and your quote.
• To tell you when renting and earning open, if you joined those waitlists.
• To understand what people want to store, rent and lend, so we build the right things first.
• To run the Mint Stack competition fairly, and to contact the winner.

Who sees it

• The RentMint team.
• The services that run our website and database: Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). They process data for us and don't use it for their own purposes.
• We never sell your details or share them with advertisers.
• The Mint Stack public leaderboard shows only your first name and last initial. Your phone number and email are never public.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you're using RentMint or are on a waitlist, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 89287 82218. We'll act on it quickly. You can also tell us to stop contacting you.

Security

Your details are stored in a protected database that the public cannot read. Only our server can write to it. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable care.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
